Undergraduate students
The undergraduate transcripts of our school are issued by the Academic Affair Office. The specific application process is as follows:
Follow the WeChat official account of Shanghai Maritime University
Enter the "Online Administrative Office Center"
Self-service application for "Undergraduate transcript printing" in the online service center and fill in the online application.
After paying, a QR code will be generated. Scan the QR code on the self-service machine in the lobby on the first floor of Building C of the Second Teaching Building to print the transcript.
Postgraduate (Master and PHD)
The postgraduate transcript of our school is issued by the graduate school. The specific application process is as follows:
Follow "Shanghai Maritime University Student Affairs Center"
In the relevant download, click the student English transcript template.
3. Print the Chinese transcript in the school uniform center.
4. Translate according to the English transcript template format and print it after the translation is completed.
5. Bring the Chinese transcript and the printed English translation form. After checking the information, go to the school service service center for review and stamping.
